Climbing Mount Toubkal (4,167 m), the highest peak in North Africa, is an iconic adventure in the heart of the Moroccan High Atlas.

Here is a brief description of your expedition from April 27 to May 31, 2025 (5 days and 4 nights):

🗺 General Program:

📍 Departure from the Jardins de la Santé near Marrakech: Transfer the next day to Imlil (1,740 m), the starting point of the ascent.

🥾 Acclimatization Trek: Progressive walk with overnight stay in a mountain hut (3,207 m).

🏔️ Summit Ascent: Early departure to reach the summit of Mount Toubkal and enjoy panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara.

🥾 Descent and Return: Descent to Imlil and transfer to the Jardins de la Santé - Marrakech.

🌟 Highlights:

Climbing Mount Toubkal is an accessible trek for hikers in good physical condition, but it requires minimal preparation.

• Hikes with elevation gain (800 to 1,200 m) to get your legs used to it. 

•          Muscle strengthening and endurance (running, cycling, swimming). 

•          Gradual acclimatization (if possible, do a few high-altitude treks first).
