Spring is fast approaching, inviting us to awaken. Nature, in all its splendor, transforms, opens, and regenerates. It is the time when our innermost nature also awakens, ready to free itself from the burdens of winter.

In Ayurveda, spring is a period of purification and transition. It is the ideal time to free ourselves from what is stagnant within us—both physically and emotionally—and rediscover our deepest essence: joyful and full of energy.

Through yoga, Ayurveda, and emotional liberation practices, this retreat is a return to the essential, an inner rebirth where we allow ourselves to blossom, shine, and regain our vitality.

Included in the retreat

• 2 nights and 3 days in a peaceful haven overlooking the High Atlas Mountains, located in the Agafay Desert, 45 minutes from Marrakech.

• All local meals, drinks, herbal teas, and snacks are included.

• The retreat program (yoga, meditation, workshops).

• Yoga mat (but if yours is non-slip, bring it!)

• A group of women who share the same interests as you, and are open to connecting with each other, in a spirit of respect and kindness.
